TVAR for couriers & delivery drivers
Self-employed couriers usually carry the loss. TVAR keeps a running record of your vehicle, your shifts and the load you were carrying, so a theft or robbery report is backed by something written down before it happened — not reconstructed afterwards.
Already using TVAR for your tools? Add courier as a second work type in your account — your existing records stay exactly as they are.
The courier side of TVAR follows the order a real delivery day happens in.
Step 1
Record the van, car or bike you drive — registration, type, security and photos.
Step 2
Log the round you're working: date, depot or client, start and finish.
Step 3
Record parcel counts, manifests and high-value items carried on that shift.
Step 4
Theft, robbery, whole-vehicle theft, load loss or damage — captured step by step.
Step 5
One structured document for police, your insurer, broker or the depot.
Everything is designed for one hand on a phone, at the roadside, in the dark. The "Report theft / robbery" button is on the courier home screen, and the wizard asks for what police and insurers ask for — in that order.
No. TVAR is an evidence and record-keeping tool. It doesn't prevent theft — it makes sure you can show what you had, where you were and what happened.
That's always the insurer's decision. TVAR organises the evidence they and the police normally ask for; it doesn't determine cover or claim eligibility.
Yes. You can set both work types on your account and switch between the Trade and Courier sides.
Only you. Records are tied to your account, and you can export or delete your data from the Account page.
